I received your feedback questions. I am being truthful when I say Kathy and I have sold and bought several houses during our 40+ years of marriage. You have by far been the best and most professional realtor we have been in contact with. You were always there to answer questions without making us feel we were imposing on you. You were on top of any concerns and problems we might have had, that made us feel good about you as much as anything. But your job was to sale our house. You set it up, marketed it and sold it when I had doubts it could be done. You handled all the legal work and made the transition from old home to new smooth and easy. I would say if you treat all clients as professionally as you did us, no one would ever go wrong using your services. As for the new house, you listened to us and went with our likes and dislikes to show us houses we might prefer. We found the right house because you took the time to show us homes and learn about our tastes. We are very happy with our new home. As far as suggestions, I would say keep doing what you are doing and continue to make the customer feel they are important to you and you will be very successful! I really have no criticisms and have had plenty with the realtors in the past. Kathy and I will always recommend you and will consider you our realtor. Though I don’t plan to move!!!!
