Keeping Every Step on Track

Once your home goes on the market or you go under contract, there's a lot to keep up with: deadlines, inspections, paperwork, and a dozen small details that can't slip through the cracks. That's where Anna comes in. She guides our clients through the step-by-step actions needed at each stage, so you always know what's next and nothing catches you off guard.

Anna and Brad have worked side by side to build Schaible Realty, and our clients often tell us her organization and support made a stressful process feel easy.

Family First

Anna has called Central Texas home for over two decades, where she and Brad raised their three children. Married to Brad for more than 30 years and now a grandmother of three, she loves spending time with family and friends, and traveling whenever she gets the chance.
